[Abstract] As one of the major diseases threatening women’s health worldwide, advances in the treatment of cervical cancer have been of great interest to the medical community. Although conventional therapies such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and surgery are widely used in clinical practice, they have limited efficacy and significant side effects in patients with advanced disease or recurrent metastases. Therefore, it is crucial to explore new therapeutic strategies. In recent years, the potential of immunotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer has gradually emerged, especially through the modulation of immune pathways in order to enhance the patient’s autoimmune response, which has brought new hope for the treatment of cervical cancer. The aim of this paper is to deeply analyze the immune escape mechanism of cervical cancer and explore how to influence the tumor microenvironment by modulating the immune pathway, with a view to providing more precise and personalized immunotherapy strategies, thus improving the life quality of patients.
