[ 摘要 ] 目的 汉化英文版鼻损伤评估量表(NIASC)并在无创通气新生儿中检验其信度和效度。方法 获 得原量表作者授权后,成立汉化小组,严格按照 Brislin 翻译模式对原量表进行正译、回译、原作者咨询、专 家咨询及预调查,最终形成中文版 NIASC。采用便利抽样法,选取青岛大学附属妇女儿童医院 2023 年 7 月至 2024 年 1 月住院的 224 例无创通气的新生儿进行调查,进行量表的信效度检验。结果 中文版 NIASC 属于单 维度量表,共 6 个条目,该量表各条目水平内容效度为 0.92~1.00,平均量表水平效度为 0.96;验证性因子分析 结果显示卡方自由度比 < 3,近似误差均方根 < 0.08,均方根残差 < 0.05,拟合优度指数、调整拟合优度指数、 比较拟合指数、Tucker-Lewis 指数均 > 0.9,模型拟合度良好。量表总体 Cronbach’s α系数为 0.240,各条目 Cronbach’s α系数为 0.072~0.292。结论 中文版 NIASC 在无创通气新生儿鼻损伤评估中具有很好的实用性 和特异性,可作为识别无创通气新生儿鼻损伤及其严重程度的快速评估工具。

[Abstract] Objective To translate the English version of the nasal injury assessment score chart (NIASC) into Chinese and to test validity and reliability in neonates undergoing non-invasive ventilation. Methods After obtaining authorization from the authors of the original scale, a sinicization team was set up, and the Chinese version of the NIASC was formed by strictly following the Brislin translation model with proper translation, back-translation, consultation with the original authors, consultation with experts and pre-survey. The convenience sampling method was used to select 224 neonates with non-invasive ventilation hospitalized in Qingdao Women and Children’s Hospital from July 2023 to January 2024 for the survey, and the reliability and validity test of the scale was conducted. Results The Chinese version of the NIASC was a unidimensional scale with six items, with item level content validity index ranging from 0.92 to 1.00 for each item and scale level content validity index/average of 0.96 for the scale level. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit with χ2 /df < 3, root-mean-square error of approximation < 0.08, root mean square residual < 0.05, goodness-of-fit index, adjust goodness-of-fit index, comparative fit index, and Tucker-Lewis index were all > 0.9. The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.240, with Cronbach’s α coefficients for each item ranging from 0.072 to 0.292. Conclusion The Chinese version of the NIASC demonstrates good utility and specificity in assessing nasal injuries in non-invasive ventilated neonates, and it can be used as a rapid assessment tool for identifying nasal injuries and their severity in non-invasive ventilated neonates.
