[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨回授法在宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留患者清洁间歇导尿中的应用。 方法 选取 2021 年 12 月 至 2022 年 11 月于四川省人民医院实施宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的 98 例患者为研究对象。2021 年 12 月至 2022 年 5 月住院的 47 例患者为对照组,2022 年 6 月至 11 月住院的 51 例患者为观察组,两组均行清洁间歇 导尿指导,对照组采用常规健康指导,观察组在对照组的基础上采用回授法指导,比较两组患者首次实施清 洁间歇导尿的成功率、护士重复指导率及患者满意度。 结果 观察组首次实施清洁间歇导尿的成功率、患者满 意度均高于对照组,且护士重复指导率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 采用回授法对宫颈 癌根治术后尿潴留患者行清洁间歇导尿健康指导,可以提高首次实施清洁间歇导尿的成功率,降低护士重复 指导率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of teach-back method in clean intermittent catheterization of patients with urinary retention after radical surgery for cervical cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with urinary retention after radical resection for cervical cancer in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects, of whom 47 cases hospitalized from December 2021 to May 2022 were taken as the control group, and 51 cases hospitalized from June to November 2022 were taken as the observation group. The clean intermittent catheterization guidance was taken in both two groups, the control group received conventional health guidance, and the observation group received teach-back method on the basis of the control group. The success rate of the first-time clean intermittent catheterization, repeated guidance rate of nurses and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of the first-time clean intermittent catheterization and patients’ satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the repeated guidance rate of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of teach-back method in the clean intermittent catheterization health guidance of patients with urinary retention after radical resection for cervical cancer can improve the success rate of the first-time clean intermittent catheterization, reduce the repeated guidance rate of nurses and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
