[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。 方法 选取 2020 年 2 月至 2022 年 4 月莘县中心医院收治的 62 例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为参照组(n=31)和研究组 (n=31)。参照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机辅助治疗,对 比两组的治疗效果。 结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。研究组不良反 应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。研究组症状改善时间和住院时间短于对照组,治疗 后研究组的免疫球蛋白水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 双波长光纤半导体激光治疗 机辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果显著,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of dual-wavelength fiber semiconductor laser therapy machine for adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods A total of 62 children with pneumonia in Shenxian Central Hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by the coin-tossing method. The reference group was treated with conventional drugs, while the study group received adjuvant therapy using dual-wavelength fiber semiconductor laser therapy machine on the basis of the reference group. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The time of symptom improvement in the study group was earlier than that in the reference group, the time of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group, and the levels of immunoglobulin in the study group were higher than those in the reference group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of dual-wavelength fiber semiconductor laser therapy machine for adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia is remarkable, and it is worth promoting.
