[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨酸性氧化电位水在儿童包皮环切术后切口消毒中的应用效果。 方法 选取 2022 年 5 月至 8 月于杭州美中宜和妇儿医院行包皮环切术的 80 例患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照 组,每组 40 例。观察组术后采用酸性氧化电位水消毒液消毒切口,对照组术后采用 0.5% 碘伏消毒液消毒切 口。两组患儿术后第 1 天及第 7 天切口采样进行细菌培养,比较两组的菌落计数、消毒时的疼痛评分、术后 并发症发生情况,以及切口结痂脱落天数。 结果 术后第 1 天及第 7 天,两组细菌培养的菌落计数比较,差异 均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。两组切口感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。术后第 1 天及第 7 天, 切口消毒时观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P < 0.05),观察组切口皮肤红肿发生率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。观 察组切口结痂脱落天数少于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 酸性氧化电位水消毒液在儿童包皮环切术后的消毒效 果与碘伏消毒液相近,但能够减轻消毒时的疼痛感,对皮肤刺激性小,且能缩短切口愈合时间,应用效果显著。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of electrolyzed-oxidizing water in incision disinfection after redundant circumcision in children. Methods A total of 80 children who underwent redundant circumcision in Hangzhou Amcare Women’s and Children’s Hospital from May to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The incision of observation group was disinfected with electrolyzed-oxidizing water after operation, and the incision of control group was disinfected with 0.5% iodophor disinfectant after operation. The incision sampling was performed in both groups for bacterial culture at 1 and 7 days after operation, the colony count, pain score during disinfection, the incidence of complications after operation and days of incision scab removal were compared between the two groups. Results At 1 and 7 days after operation, there was no significant difference in the colony count of bacterial culture between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of incision infection between the two groups (P > 0.05). At 1 and 7 days after operation, the pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group during incision disinfection (P < 0.05). The incidence of incision skin redness and swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The days of incision scab removal in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The disinfection effect of electrolyzed-oxidizing water in children after redundant circumcision is close to that of iodophor disinfectant, but the electrolyzed-oxidizing water can reduce the pain of disinfection, which has little irritation to the skin and can shorten incision healing time, with remarkable application effect.
