[ 摘要 ] 子宫类似卵巢性索样肿瘤是一种非常罕见的妇科肿瘤，病灶形态类似于卵巢性索肿瘤，且缺乏可识别 的子宫内膜间质成分，易出现漏诊及误诊等情况。子宫类似卵巢性索瘤样肿瘤存在复发或转移的风险。本 文报道 1 例子宫类似卵巢性索瘤样肿瘤的临床表现、病理特征及治疗方案，以提高对本病的认识。

[Abstract] Uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumor is a very rare gynecological tumor, which is similar to ovarian sex cord tumor in morphology and lack of identifiable endometrial stromal components, which is easy to be missed diagnosis and misdiagnosed. Uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumor has a risk of recurrence or metastasis. This article reports the clinical manifestations, pathological features and treatment of a case of uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumor to improve the understanding of the disease.
