[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨微生物快速培养检测在小儿肺炎支原体（MP）感染诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的 223 例 MP 感染患儿，均进行微生物快速培养检测及快速血清 学检测，比较两种检查方法的 MP 感染检出率。 结果 微生物快速培养检测 MP 阳性率高于快速血清学检测 （P < 0.05）。微生物快速培养检测在 <1 岁、1~3 岁、4~7 岁、8~12 岁患儿中的 MP 阳性检出率高于快速血清学 检测（P < 0.05）。微生物快速培养检测在病程≤ 7 d 患儿中的 MP 阳性检出率高于快速血清学检测（P < 0.05）。 两种检查方法在病程 >7 d 患儿中的 MP 阳性检出率比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。 结论 微生物快速 培养检测对于 MP 感染的检出率较高，且不受患儿年龄、病程的影响，具有较高的临床应用价值。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of rapid microbial culture detection in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in children. Methods A total of 223 children with MP infection admitted to Tai’an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for rapid microbial culture detection and rapid serological detection, and the detection rates of MP infection were compared between the two methods. Results The positive rate of MP in rapid microbial culture detection was higher than that in rapid serological detection (P < 0.05). The MP positive rates of rapid microbial culture detection in children aged <1 year, 1-3 years, 4-7 years and 8-12 years were higher than those of rapid serological detection (P < 0.05). The MP positive rate of rapid microbial culture detection in children with disease course ≤ 7 days was higher than that of rapid serological detection (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in MP positive rate of both detection methods in children with disease course >7 days (P > 0.05). Conclusion Rapid microbial culture detection has a high detection rate for MP infection, and is not affected by the age of children and the course of disease, and has high clinical application value.
