[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨产科病房中开展优质护理服务对患者生活质量、心理状态及满意度的影响。 方法 选取 2020 年 3 月至 2022 年 6 月山东省妇幼保健院产科病房收治的 110 例产妇为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分 成对照组、研究组，每组各 55 例。对照组开展常规护理，研究组开展优质护理服务，比较两组生活质量、心理 状态（HAMA、HAMD）及护理满意度。 结果 干预后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组（P < 0.05）；研究组护 理总满意率高于对照组（P < 0.05）；干预后研究组 HAMA、HAMD 评分低于对照组（P < 0.05）。 结论 优质护 理服务应用于产科病房中，可以提高生活质量，改善心理状态，提高护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing service on the quality of life, psychological state and satisfaction of patients in obstetric ward. Methods A total of 110 pregnant women admitted to the obstetric ward of the Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given high quality nursing service. The quality of life, psychological state (HAMA, HAMD) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in obstetric ward can improve the quality of life, psychological state and nursing satisfaction.
