[ 摘要 ] 先天性肌性斜颈（CMT）是儿童常见的先天性肌肉骨骼系统疾病，由胸锁乳突肌单侧挛缩而导致患儿出 现典型的头部向患侧偏转，其发病机制尚未明确，可能与分娩过程有关。早诊断、早治疗对患儿畸形的矫正有 重要意义。超声检查具有安全、实时、无创、无辐射等特点，可以对肌肉病变进行分型，同时反映肌肉纤维化程 度，因此成为 CMT 诊断的首选方法。本文对超声诊断 CMT 患儿的研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract] Congenital muscular torticollis (CMT) is a common congenital musculoskeletal disease in children, which is caused by unilateral contracture of sternocleidomastoid muscle, leading to a typical head deflection to the affected side. Its pathogenesis is not clear, and may be related to the process of delivery. Early diagnosis and treatment are of great significance for the correction of deformities in children. Ultrasound examination has the characteristics of safety, real-time, non-invasive and non-radiation, which can classify muscle lesions and reflect the degree of muscle fibrosis, so it has become the preferred method for the diagnosis of CMT. This article reviews the research progress of ultrasound in the diagnosis of CMT in children.
