[摘要]目的探讨优质护理在小儿原发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年 3月至2021年12月滕州市中心人民医院收治的117例原发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿，根据随机数字表法分 为观察组（59例）和对照组（58例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用优质护理，比较 两组的临床总有效率、住院时间、紫癜消失时间、护理满意度。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有 统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的住院时间、紫癜消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察 组的护理总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对原发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿给予 优质护理干预，可提升临床效果及护理满意度，缩短住院时间及紫癜消失时间。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods A total of 117 children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted to Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected and the divided into observation group (59 cases) and control group (58 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical total effective rate, hospitalization time, purpura disappearance time, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time and purpura disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction, shorten the hospitalization time and purpura disappearance time.
