[摘要]早产儿、足月儿的死亡率与新生儿脑损伤疾病密切相关，脑损伤发病原因多样且复杂，发病机制还未 完全明确。目前，新生儿脑损伤疾病的诊断是根据影像学检查、综合临床表现、病史等确诊。由于本病早期 无典型的临床表现，且影像学检查脑损伤早期变化的敏感性较低，如果早期未能诊断疾病、控制病情发展，会 对家庭和社会产生较大的影响。因此，探寻科学、合理的血清学指标对早期诊断新生儿脑损伤尤为重要。本 文对血清学指标在新生儿脑损伤疾病早期诊断中的意义进行综述。
[Abstract] The mortality of preterm and full-term infant is closely related to neonatal brain injury diseases. The causes of brain injury are diverse and complex, and the pathogenesis is not completely clear. At present, the diagnosis of neonatal brain injury is based on imaging examination, comprehensive clinical manifestation, and medical history. Because there are no typical clinical manifestations in the early stage of the disease, and the sensitivity of imaging examination for early change in brain injury is low, if the disease is not diagnosed and the development of the disease is not controlled in the early stage, it will have a great impact on the family and society. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore scientific and reasonable serological indicators for early diagnosis of neonatal brain injury. This paper reviews the significance of serological indicators in early diagnosis of neonatal brain injury.
