[摘要]目的:探究心理护理模式在异位妊娠手术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月至2022年8月济宁市任城区妇幼保健院手术室收治的80例异位妊娠手术患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例。观察组采用常规护理+心理护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果:干预后，观察组的各项负面情绪评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:异位妊娠手术患者采取心理护理，可减少负面情绪。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing model in patients with ectopic pregnancy operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in the Operating Room of Jining Rencheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group received routine nursing+psychological nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The adoption of psychological nursing for patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing operation can reduce negative emotions.
